Giving Thanks

Hail,

As a way of thanking current paying subscribers I made a PDF zine, Équipe Journal 1. I will offer these short, digital Zines on specific topics to paying subscribers consistently as this site progresses.

This first Zine is about photography. And also about how an activity we are doing or the tool we use to do it can become confused with an identity. Navigating life without allowing others’ perceptions to affect or limit us can be a strange and difficult task. Some people are wonderfully able to ignore those labels and live their lives free of such influence. I, on the other hand, have often found myself shouting (at the sky) that I am not this or that, and maybe I was but I grew out of it, and, don’t you see who I am? The sky has never answered but when I'm out there beneath it the whole natural world reminds me that I don't need any answers; it is enough to be with loved ones and to do what is actually important.
